About HealingTCG

Healing Training and Consulting Group (HealingTCG) was formed by two Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors, (who also happen to be sisters), Laurie Todd and Heidi Johanson. Through their years of experience with treating first responders and building positive relationships within their surrounding cities, they recognized the lack of tailored, department-specific mental health training for those working on our front lines. As a result, Laurie and Heidi are dedicated to providing focused training that is backed by their extensive knowledge regarding trauma within the first responder community. Their mission is to help each department identify steps for improving their mental health awareness so that training is not just a checkbox and support is ongoing.
